Anti Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. KJI Solutions Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships. The group is committed to ensuring that each of its businesses implements and enforces effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in their own businesses or in any of their supply chains. The group is also committed to ensuring there is transparency in its own businesses and in its approach to tackling modern slavery throughout its supply chains, consistent with its disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The group expects the same high standards from all of its contractors, suppliers and other business partners and, as part of its contracting processes, includes specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, or anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children, and we expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards. We are keen to ensure the prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chains. Each of our businesses ensures that the relevant employees are trained on anti-slavery and human trafficking and on the risks their company faces from modern slavery in its supply chains, this forms part of our induction process for all individuals who work for us, followed by regular training throughout employment. We communicate our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in our business and supply chains to all suppliers, contractors and business partners at the outset of our business relationship with them and we reinforce this as appropriate throughout the relationship.
